WINTER REC LEAGUE
at the West County Salesian Youth Club in Richmond, CA
LEAGUE DATES: Apr. 21, 2024 to May. 26, 2024
Sundays only for an easy time commitment!
We are accepting players of all skill levels! This is a fun recreational league for players ages 6 through 14 years old. Each player will be evaluated and placed on a team in their appropriate age division. From beginner level to the more experienced players, we have a spot for everyone in our youth basketball league! We will be developing basketball skills, but more importantly we will be focused on making sure that the kids have FUN!!!
Evaluation date will be:
April 2, 2024 (Tuesday)
4:30 pm to 5:30 pm -All Grades
We conduct player evaluations to be able to balance skills and experience distribution between the teams to promote a fair and competitive environment.
Only new players would need to be evaluated. Players who participated in any of our previous seasons, do not have to come to the evaluations.
Registration closes on April 7, 2024.
League play will start Sunday, April 21, 2024.

$125 for current Boys Club members*
$200 for non-Boys Club members**
Scholarships may be available to those who qualify.
* includes reversible jersey, 5 game minimum, fundamental coaching and lots of fun!
**includes annual Boys Club membership fee for full access to the Boys Club year-round and the opportunity to join other activities.
As an added benefit to joining the league, players will have access to the Boys Club all year round as it includes an annual membership! Players can also take advantage of the Boys Club’s programs for a year. Weekly activities include basketball, baseball, football, karate, DIY Stem, art, drama and much more!

Complete the form below to register a player and send payment for the Rec League at the West Contra Costa Boys & Girls Club.
Step 2:
If you are a non-Boys Club Member please complete the Boys Club Membership Form. If you are already a current member, you can skip step 2.
Step 3:
Bring your player to the West Contra Costa Boys & Girls Club on one of the evaluation days:

or contact us to schedule an appointment
Step 4:
You will be contacted as to which team your player will be placed on. Details of practice days and games will be communicated to you.
We are shooting for Sunday games/practices for all teams.
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
The Youth Club is open on Mondays - Fridays from 2pm to 6pm. Members can participate in the many activities that the club has to offer! We go beyond sports!
